Hello my name is Natalie Erdahl, I am a licensed therapist in both Nebraska, and Iowa. I want to encourage people without using the restricting guidelines for the medical model. This is possible thru Coaching/Therapy. I want to offer a place where diagnosis is not focused on, I want to focus on your goals, and empower you to achieve them.

I also believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s crazy world; your personality, your sense of humor, and most importantly, your heart. All of these elements brought me to start Purposely Patient.
